Julie also serves on the NSW Committee of the Australian Electric Vehicle Association (AEVA), reflecting her commitment to accelerating sustainable transport and ensuring consumer needs are represented. As an EV owner and advocate for community-powered climate solutions, she founded ivygo to make charging convenient, accessible and fair. Julie leads ivygo’s vision, partnerships and growth with energy, focus and purpose.

Sumit Gole (Co-Founder, CTO)

Sumit Gole is a technology leader with deep expertise in engineering, platform architecture and systems integration. She delivered major technology initiatives at the ASX, Resolution Life and Pepper Financial Services, building strong foundations in architecture, security and scalable digital systems. At ivygo, Sumit leads technology strategy, ensuring the platform is reliable, intuitive and built around the real needs of hosts and EV drivers. She brings a calm, structured and thoughtful approach to building technology that works seamlessly and supports ivygo’s mission at scale.

Jonathan Jutsen (Strategic Advisor)

Jonathan Jutsen is one of Australia’s most respected clean-energy leaders, with more than four decades of experience in energy productivity, innovation and carbon reduction. He served as CEO of the RACE for 2030 CRC, was a board member of ARENA, and founded several influential organisations in the energy sector, including Energetics. Jonathan advises government, industry and technology companies, bringing deep insight into Australia’s evolving energy landscape. At ivygo, he strengthens our strategic direction and ensures our growth aligns with the broader energy ecosystem and the transition to cleaner, community-focused solutions.

Karen Lawson (Partnerships Advisor)

Karen Lawson is a recognised leader in startup growth, digital marketplaces and commercial partnerships. She was CEO of Slingshot, Australia’s largest corporate accelerator, where she supported the scale-up of more than one hundred early-stage companies. Karen also served as Managing Director for Spotify Australia and New Zealand and Country Manager for Peloton Australia, leading major commercial, brand and market expansion initiatives. At ivygo, she advises on partnership development and growth strategy, helping us build strong relationships with industry partners and guiding our approach to marketplace dynamics and sustainable scale.

Ira Asthana is a seasoned Product, Go-to-Market and Commercialisation expert with deep experience across SaaS, marketplaces, customer insight and growth strategy. She has led high-impact product teams at organisations like FleetPartners, Sympli and advised numerous startups supported by leading university incubators and Techstars. Known for her clear, structured, and highly practical approach, she excels at shaping product concepts, validating viability, and driving development and scalable growth.
