There is no cost to list your charger. There is no cost to list your charger. ivygo takes a percentage of the total booking price as a service fee only when a booking is completed.
Step 2 - Approve
Drivers find and book your charger
EV drivers search for and book your charger in advance through the ivygo app. You choose how bookings are approved, either by reviewing each request or by enabling auto approval.
All guests are verified and all payments are handled automatically and securely through the platform for peace of mind.

I do not have all my information ready. Can I complete the listing later?
Yes. You can list your charger now and add more details whenever you like. You can upload photos, adjust availability or update your pricing at any time. We do recommend you put as much information as possible and photos to your booking so you can attract local EV drivers and make the experince as smooth as possible for them so they keep coming back.
How do I set the price per hour?
You choose your own price. You can set a rate that suits your circumstances, and you can adjust it at any time. We recommend keeping your price competitive with nearby public chargers and other ivygo hosts to ensure you attract guests and encourage repeat bookings.
Why do I need to enter my account details in Stripe?
Stripe processes all payments securely on our behalf. It allows us to pay you monthly for completed bookings. ivygo does not access or store any of your banking information. Stripe handles everything safely.
Will people be able to use my charger without booking?
No. Your exact address is hidden until you approve a booking. Guests only see a general area.
If someone tried to arrive without a confirmed booking, it would be illegal for them to enter private property, with or without ivygo.
When do I get paid?
Payments are made once a month. You can track all your earnings in the app at any time.
Do I have to be home during bookings?
No. As long as the charger is accessible, guests can charge without you being present. They follow clear instructions in the app.
What if I need my charger at the same time as a booking request?
You can accept or decline any booking. Nothing happens without your approval. Once you approve a booking, we recommend allowing the guest to charge to ensure a smooth experience and encourage them to return. If something unexpected occurs, you can contact the guest through the app, explain the situation and ask them to book a different time.
What if something goes wrong during a booking?
Our team is available to support both drivers and hosts. All guests are verified, and all payments are secure. Contact us through the app if you need assistance.
I have listed my charger. What should I do next?
Share your listing with neighbours and local EV drivers. You can request a free sign for the front of your home, stickers with simple charging instructions and flyers for your community. These help nearby drivers find you and build repeat bookings.
