Is it free to list my EV charger on ivygo?
Yes. There is no cost to list your charger. ivygo only takes a percentage of the total booking price as a service fee when a booking is completed. There are no other fees and no lock in contract. You can change your availability or remove your charger from the platform at any time.
Who sets the price and availability of my charger?
You do. Hosts set their own pricing, choose when their charger is available and can update this at any time through the app.
Do I need special hardware for ivygo?
No. ivygo works with any Level 2 charger. If you already have a charger, you can list it immediately. If not, we can help you install one quickly and affordably.
Do I need to approve every booking?
That is your choice. You can review and approve each booking request or enable auto approval. Auto approval works well for chargers that are easy to access or for short term rentals and hospitality venues.
How do I qualify for the $50 cash bonus?
To qualify, you need to download the ivygo app, list your EV charger, enter promo code CBAHOST50 when adding your charger and complete three bookings within six months of listing.
The bonus is available to eligible CommBank customers only.
When and how is the $50 cash bonus paid?
The $50 cash bonus is paid directly into the CommBank account you nominate for payouts after your third completed booking.
When do I get paid for bookings?
Drivers pay through the app when they book, and your earnings are transferred once a month to the bank account you nominate when you list your charger. All payments are processed securely through Stripe, and ivygo does not store or access any of your payment information.
Is it secure?
Yes. All guests are verified, bookings are managed through the app and payments are handled securely. Everything is cashless.
Exact address for residential hosts is only visible after the booking has been approved.
