How much does it cost to list my charger on ivygo?
Listing is completely free. There are no upfront costs, no monthly subscription fees, and no lock-in contracts. We only earn when you do: we simply take a small percentage from each completed charging session.
What is the commission fee taken by ivygo?
Our pricing is simple and transparent, based on your host profile:
Residential Hosts: 5% commission.
Business Hosts: 20% commission. This fee includes everything: promotion to EV drivers via our network, booking management, secure payment processing via Stripe, and ongoing support.
How do I get paid for the charging sessions?
Payments are automated and secure. When you sign up, you connect your account to Stripe, the world’s leading payment platform. Once a charging session is complete, your earnings (minus the ivygo commission) are directly transferred to your account.
Can I set my own hourly rate?
Yes, you have total control. You set your hourly rate ($) based on your electricity costs or the service provided.
My charger is in a shared parking or a strata property, can I still list it?
Absolutely. ivygo is ideal for strata properties. It allows for convenient charging for both residents and visitors while making better use of shared parking spaces, without any fixed management fees for the building.
How do I make sure drivers can find my charger easily?
Once your charger is “Live” on the app, we recommend making it visible on-site. You can order custom signage (stickers, parking signs, or flags) directly through us to help drivers locate your spot and boost your bookings.
Can I manage my charger from both my phone and my computer?
Yes. For homeowners and short-term rental hosts, the ivygo app is the easiest way to manage everything (Settings > My chargers). For businesses and venue operators managing multiple units, we provide a dedicated web portal for professional management from your computer.
