These Terms and Conditions apply to the ivygo $50 Cash Bonus promotion for eligible Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CommBank) customers (Promotion). By participating in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the ivygo Platform Terms of Use.

1. Eligibility

You are eligible to participate in this Promotion if you meet all of the following criteria:

a. You are a Commonwealth Bank of Australia customer at the time you list your EV charger on the ivygo platform.

b. You download the ivygo mobile application and create an ivygo host account.

c. You list an eligible Level 2 (AC) EV charger on the ivygo platform during the Promotion Period. ivygo works with most residential and commercial Level 2 EV chargers and does not require special hardware.

d. You enter the promotional code CBAHOST50 in the ivygo app when adding your charger listing.

e. Your charger completes three (3) paid bookings through the ivygo platform within six (6) months of the date your charger is first listed.

f. All bookings are completed in accordance with ivygo’s Platform Terms of Use.

2. Promotion Period

This Promotion commences on the date the offer is published on the Cars for CommBank platform and will run until the earlier of:

• twelve (12) months from launch, or

• the date ivygo reaches one hundred (100) chargers listed under this Promotion.

ivygo reserves the right to end the Promotion earlier by updating these Terms and Conditions.

3. Promotion Offer

3.1  Eligible CommBank customers who meet the Eligibility criteria will receive one (1) $50 AUD cash bonus.

3.2 The cash bonus will be paid directly into the bank account nominated by the host for ivygo payouts.

3.3 The cash bonus is issued once per host account and once per charger listing.

3.4 The cash bonus is in addition to any earnings generated from completed bookings on the ivygo platform.

4. Host Earnings and Fees

4.1  Listing a charger on ivygo is free.

4.2 Hosts set their own charging price and availability.

4.3 ivygo charges a percentage service fee on each completed booking. No fixed fees, subscription fees or upfront costs apply.

4.4 Hosts are paid monthly on the first working day of each month for all completed bookings from the previous month.

5. Exclusions and Limitations

5.1  The Promotion cannot be combined with any other ivygo promotional offers unless expressly stated.

5.2 Bookings that are cancelled, refunded, fraudulent, or otherwise invalid do not count towards the three required bookings.

5.3 The Promotion is not transferable or redeemable for credit, discounts, or alternative rewards.

6. General Terms

6.1  ivygo reserves the right to verify eligibility, bookings, and compliance with platform rules.

6.2 ivygo may suspend or withhold the bonus where misuse, abuse, or breach of platform terms is suspected.

6.3 ivygo may update, suspend, or withdraw this Promotion at any time prior to eligibility being met.

7. Relationship with CommBank

7.1 This Promotion is offered by ivygo Pty Ltd.

7.2 Commonwealth Bank of Australia does not provide the service, is not responsible for the ivygo platform, and does not handle bookings, payments, or disputes related to charging activity.

7.3 References to CommBank are for promotional eligibility purposes only.
